Description : Our client is the learning organization serving the Canadian credit union system - providing access to a full range of learning and knowledge sharing options across the country. Based in Vancouver, the Client Relations Officer is responsible for the sales support, service and operational activities of the company in BC. The role will encompass fostering client relations, budget control for classroom training, and the marketing of products and services to the credit union network in BC. The successful candidate will support the execution of the tactical plan for the region and assist in the establishment of course schedules and support sales activities through outbound calls. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years financial institution experience in a supervisory position in a sales management/customer service and support area. Formal training in sales management, marketing, customer service and support would be a definite asset as would be familiarity with the credit union system.

Description : The successful candidate will perform at strategic, managerial and operational hands on levels with respect to the corporate HR function with our client. The Sr. HR Manager will provide leadership in designing HR systems and developing policy for organizational effectiveness with respect to recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, policy administration and compliance and labour relations. Operationally, our client is seeking someone who can manage the Canadian payroll function, manage the expatriate program (visa processing, package development), and be able to scale up recruitment processes as projects demand. HR experience gained in construction and/or engineering is considered essential to this role.

We are seeking an individual who will possess the required experience to provide expert HR consultation for the organization's operations in Vancouver and Toronto, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, succession planning, employee welfare, rewards and recognition, change management and strategic human resources management. To be considered, candidates must possess at least 7-10 years of extensive, broad-based experience as a human resources generalist, including a minimum of 5 years at a management level.
